The good: this property was beautiful. The exterior/garden areas were stunning and well manicured. The room was spotless, clean and very spacious it truly felt like home. The linens were wonderful,the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also soo nice. The balcony was a huge plus. This place was perfect for a week long trip for a family of 4. The not so good: the exterior of the building (sandy ridge rd) needs a LOT of tlc. It looked very run down and dingy. There was also a trash bag full of dirty linens on the floor below us the entire week we were there. The door did not lock all the way and there was a huge gap between the door and door frame. The water park was closed 3 days out of our 6 day stay which was a huge disappointment considering that was a large reason for our stay. We never did get an answer as to why. We would call the front desk and they would just say they didn’t know why and then transfer us to the water park.. which never answered ( there was no lightening nor was the heat index over 120)..we had to compromise and do the “splash pad”.. not very impressed with that at all. We tried to extend our stay by one night due to an airline issue and we never could get ahold of anyone to help us. When we went to the front desk they said they couldn’t help. So we had to find a different hotel for the night, which was inconvenient. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely stay again.

Property and staff were amazing. Disappointed in the water park hours and would not recommend staying here if you have daytime plans since everything shuts down by 6pm. Due to the heat index, they actually closed the water park closed at 5pm while we were there. I found this strange especially since golf and other amenities stayed open. It seems like the water park is the best place to be in 100 degree weather! Shuttle service is excellent but wait times can be 20-30 minutes especially later in the day. Overall a great experience and we will go back despite the mentioned shortcomings.

I loved this condo. I’ve stayed in several condos and houses in Reunion, but this one was amazing. Tons of space. Solid feel. 1st floor, able to walk out on beautiful property easily. I will pick this one again. You do have to take transportation to other pools and water park, but that’s ok with us.

This property is huge and beautiful! There is plenty to do with activity itineraries to help plan your day. The condo was excellent (home away from home). Very well kept. The only thing that was a let down was the pressure in the shower other than that we really enjoyed it and will be back.

We loved everything about the property, from the late hours of the swimming pool to the exciting, fun water park. My kids loved the water park and lazy river definitely a highlight. Also the rooms were perfectly spacious, enough room for my big family. The only critique I would have is that our TV in the family room was not working. It was a great experience, one we would definitely do again.

It's a great place to stay. It felt like home as it has full kitchen and good size living room with bedrooms. Staying with 2 kids, the kitchen helped out to keep my kids healthy. 2 bedrooms can take window shades as outside light could impact quality of sleep. Rooms should be darker to sleep. For first impression, main enterance door can take paint. Overall, great place for families.
