Disney Area Vacation Villa Executive 4 Bed/2.5 Bath, Private Pool & Spa/hot tub
Our beautiful and spacious colonial style luxury vacation villa is over 2200 sq ft with a large private and secluded landscaped garden at the rear. It is considerably larger than other 4-bedroom rental homes in the Disney area and offers everything you need to make your vacation a "Holiday in Heaven". Our home is located within 10-15 minutes drive of Disney World Resort in the peaceful Four Corners community (off Hwy27 and 2.5 miles from Interstate 4). A great location for visiting all the Orlando and central Florida attractions, with many championship golf courses on your door step.
The lounge provides family comfort and is equipped with a 55" 3D HDTV and a 3D blu ray player. There is a selection of DVD movies. The dining room has a range of accessories, allowing food 'on the run' or formal dining. The kitchen is a cooks delight with every gadget you could need. It also has the usual oven, microwave (combi), double sink, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with the all important ice-maker for those frequent HOT days. The "beach theme" games room is equipped with a Spartan Sports Classic pool/billiard table and Harvard Hurricane 7' air hockey table. Our Harry Potter info wall will keep all our fellow "Muggles" amused. A large laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs the large master bedroom is tastefully decorated in a Florida Keys style, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and an extra large walk in closet. There is a separate sofa and coffee table. You also have a 47" 3D HDTV with 3D blu ray player. The air conditioned master suite closet can easily double as a nursery if you have very young ones, and a cot/crib is provided. The other three bedrooms comprise of a second king bedroom and two with twin single beds, all have fitted wardrobes, HDTVs and share two DVD players. The children will love our Disney theme bedroom. Outside, our home boasts a huge 40 x 29ft fully screened pool/deck area, so there is plenty of space to relax in the sunshine on the upgraded padded furniture and enjoy al-fresco dining. The oversized pool (30 x 15ft with separate 6ft spa) has all the latest gadgets including a timer for the Jacuzzi and a hot tub feature. A lanai with built in fan provides a shaded area to cool down from the heat of the Florida sun. For evening and night swimming, our pool is illuminated by the latest multi-colored fabric optic lighting with remote control.
The private (fully fenced) landscaped garden at the rear of our villa is quiet and secluded. There is a garden patio area with bench seating (the kids have their own "kid size" seats) and free use of the BBQ, which provides for year round outdoor cooking.
We offer Express check in. Guests will be emailed an entry code so they can check in direct. This means there is no need for you to collect keys from an office. You can start your vacation straight away. The keypad is located near the front door. The code to open the door will be provided in the check in details.
This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the first roll of toilet paper, small hand soap for each bathroom, 1 x dishwashing capsule, 1 x trash bag.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not an equipment fault
Imp: Florida weather is extremally hot and humid. To protect our HVAC system we keep the temp according to Dept of energy and our HVAC tech. By keeping setting temp low won't cool down and it will freeze lines and costly repair service.
This home is NOT pet friendly
All guests must complete a booking form and agree to Vrbo terms and conditions. This will request guest names and ask for personal details to allow access in to resorts. This is to allow for the check in details to be emailed, along with useful local information. Please read the check in details carefully and print these out prior to your arrival

Our month of February in Florida
House was fantastic needs some upgrades but owner is working on them. Had a problem left some important papers when we left owner and property manager was very
helpful in retrieving them . I would highly recommend this property

Pros and Cons
Pros: Good location and safe, quiet neighborhood; comfortable beds; easy electronic entry.
Cons: Overpriced for quality of home; with the exception of the main bedroom, all rooms are smaller than they appear in the posted photographs (wide angle lens distortion?); upstairs carpeting is filthy and needs cleaning and/or replacement; nearly all TV remotes had dead or missing batteries; low quality linens and fitted sheets that wouldn’t stay on (old elastic).

We had hard time getting the key from the outside lock box. We could not turn air down lower than 75, pool lights never did work called owners they said to call mtg finally got answer 4 days before we leave to be told they had to order a part. Air hockey table had pieces broken, found out dryer didn’t turn off automatically. Shower in master bathroom sounded like you might fall through creaked every time you move little scary. Was told by mtg to leave key in lock box outside everyday don’t think so not with this crazy world we live in nowadays

Disappointed
The property is overpriced for what you get. Upon our arrival, we found a dirty cup in the pool (fully enclosed), hair in the bath tub, garbage in the bathroom garbage, and dirt in the sink. Tried to look past everything, however the owner and management just feed you lines of crap so they don't have to refund you in anyway. Guests don't control of the A/C- it's done remotely by a “nest controller” and we hope you like 75 degrees. Then you are told to take the garbage bin out to the road on Sundays by 6pm and the recycle bin on Thursdays. Also, your threatened with an extra charge for too much garbage. However, we were stuck taking out an entire full garbage can and it wasn’t our garbage. Property management- said they would take care of that next time. Great but we won't be back. Also, the stained and tacky feeling carpets throughout were a nice touch. The carpet brought me back to my days when working in a kitchen and walking across those tacky floors.
If there is a problem, you contact the vacation management- who sets up an appointment to fix your concerns and then shows up 20 minutes late. The air hockey table did not work upon arrival. There was a previous complaint about the air hockey table not working and it was not fixed. The management did fix it when we advised her. The microwave handle was broken. The pool lights did not work. There was a previous complaint, three weeks prior to our arrival about the pool lights not working. And still the pool lights still were not fixed. We told the manager about the pool lights and even she could not turn on the pool lights. The owner contacted us and told us there was a master switch. We still had one night left and he didn’t tell us where the “master switch” was to turn on the pool lights even after complaining. The pool water heater did not work until water was added to the pool. The level was 6-8 inches low and the owner commented our kids splashing caused the water level to be low. The water level was the same level (low) as when we arrived as when management added water. The dryer never shut off on the timed dry no matter where you placed the dial and it burnt $160 worth of clothes.
Owner does not want t to reimburse us for the damaged clothes and the extra we paid for the heated pool when it was not heated. Waste of money, could have stayed at a cheap motel that was cleaner and more honest.

Absolutely loved it
It was located about half an hour from all the big parks. Big house with lots of room. The kids loved the pool and the game room. If I had an issue I was able to get an answer in a short amount of time. Would definitely go back!

Family Trip to Orlando
The house is beautiful and just as seen in the pictures. The king size beds are very comfortable but the smaller twin beds are not comfortable at all. The pool was perfect! Good size and we added heat as it’s early Nov. The pool illuminates but the remote to do so is broken. Called management who told us how to manually turn it on which worked just fine. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. I felt completely safe and we even went trick or treating in the subdivision! It was about 30 mins to all the main attractions in Orlando depending on traffic some days it took about 40-50 mins.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a great time
Clean, big as described, beds are comfy, the pool was awesome not too deep (3 Ft - 5ft) Hot tub was beautiful (you pay $30 per day for heating). Plenty of room.
Minor details like air hockey table out of order (owner said already ordered a replacement) electric recliner does not work, internet freezes from time to time, adn you will hear a loud cracking noice on bath tubs (owner said it's been like that since the house was built) and faucets are outdated (working properly but not fancy. An upgrade of bathrooms would be a good idea, but that's just my preference. But over all great experience, my kids had a blast.

Overpriced
Nice home, cleanliness was not great. Mold on shower heads and shower curtains. Carpet under kitchen table was covered in crumbs. Bugs crawling g from sink to cabinet. Other than that beds were good and pool heat was warm. Access to a grill with a little yard was nice. Have stayed in same area for 500 a week cheaper.

Great Location
The location was perfect. Close to the parks, outlets, Kissimmee, etc. The house is spacious and has a great yard with pool. The reservation process was easy and the response time was quick. I’d recommend this house to everyone.
