Not much for kids to do no slides or water parks just a pool was kind of dirty. The breakfast was not good, if you are going solely to see the parks and don’t want to enjoy the hotel, then staying here is fine but if you want a hotel where you can stay for a day and still have stuff to do this is not the place for you.

We stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was kept really clean. My only issue was the shuttle from the hotel to the Disney parks. It seems that the shuttle’s were overbooked and some families would get left behind even though they had a reservation. We only used it on the first day the rest of the times we took Lyft or Uber.

Great property. Free breakfast had a lot of food to choose from.. Nice and clean. Only thing I can think of that wasn’t to my liking was the pillows.. They were so flat and soft you had to sleep on at least 3 and that still didn’t help a whole lot. I will stay again but bring my pillows from home!!!!!

First time Disney vacation for family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 9 & 10. We chose this property for the location still being in the Disney bubble & for the reasonable pricing. This is also one of the only properties in the area that include breakfast. We also met the “fairy godmother” on Saturday morning and received some goodies which was so fun! The only thing I did not appreciate was the smell of marijuana down the hall at one point when we returned from the parks late night. There were also 2 females smoking on the steps in the parking garage the second night. Overall for 5 nights this is the best and most convenient/cost effective experience. We will be booking here again!

It was a pretty good stay! I had only one incident where the front desk called me at around 11:30 pm stating they had received multiple complaints of noise coming from my room when we were mostly gone for the day and were in bed at the time they called. I let them know next time to investigate the concern rather than call my room and disturb me with an erroneous complaint. Overall, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the pool cabana bartenders. They were fabulous folks.
