Property has went down hill since our last visit. Staff ignored calls, room didnt have linens we needed, took hours to get them wll into the middle of the night. Trash all around property. Dvd now wasnt working except one night. We didnt want to do the "timeshare tour" lady at that desk was rude when we said no.

Rooms were very dated (we had an alarm clock with a charger for an iPod c. 2005). Bathroom needed a refurb. Door to patio did not lock. Housekeeping did a great job but came only 4 times in a 7 night stay. Unattended pools were very small and max depth 4’6” and the European plague of reserving lounges with towels then wandering off seems to be contagious. Because the pool in unattended, there’s no one to police this. Watch out for compulsory ‘resort charge’ of $25/day for basically 2 bottles of water or 2 cups of mediocre coffee. Also, watch out for the hard sell on timeshare when you check in and have to report to a second desk to get your car park ticket. This desk will also try and sell you tickets to the parks. Overall, probably the shabbiest resort hotel we have stayed at, in Orlando (I think this was probably our 8th time).

The room was small and outdated. Bathroom was difficult to get in and out of due to the door and was also very small. We paid a resort fee that was supposed to include TV- but our TV was out the entire time we were there. The sheets were poor quality and scratchy. The pools were nice, but the pool service at the bar was terrible- very long lines and a long wait for food/drinks. There was ONLY one pool side waiter who only went to one side of each pool. There was pool side activities only on one of the days we were there. They tried to get us to go to a timeshare sales event. Absolutely not! Not a “resort” at all. This was definitely not worth what I spent… would not stay here again.

NO TV FOR THREE DAYS. THE DOOR TO THE PORCH WAS NOT CLOSING AS IT SHOULD HAD TO DEADBOLT IT TO KEEP IT CLOSED I HAVE STAYED HERE AT LEAST 6 TIMES AND NEVER HAVE I SEEN THE PROPERTY SO BAD. I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
