We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! 🛂 Guest Requirements \- Guests must carefully review the full listing details before booking. Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
