Enjoy this spacious private home with fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Smart TVs, ping pong table and pool table. Relax in the outdoor living space by the private pool and spa (heat included) before and/or after your time at the theme parks. The covered Lanai is complete with patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children's safety.

Stretch out in the extra-large yard with your kids and/or pets. The back yard includes a 6-foot-high privacy fence (completely fenced in). Plenty of running room for the kids. Plenty of room for pets while off leash (no size restrictions, all well behaved dogs are welcomed).

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave, dishwasher. coffee maker, and dish/cookware. Dishwasher detergent is included. Great sightlines of the pool and backyard from the kitchen. The home’s layout is perfect for watching the fun in the pool area from the living room, dining area and kitchen!

Enjoy the ping pong table and pool table. Relax in the bedrooms, each equipped with smart TV, cable, and remotes. Two bedrooms have been updated with brand new beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and overhead lighting. Great for some nighttime reading, catching up on work, or enjoying a cool breeze while sleeping. There is a fully equipped laundry room (iron, ironing board, and small bottle of laundry detergent provided).

There are multiple great restaurants, Walmart, and a Publix grocery store close by. WIFI, Pool towels, bath towels, sheets/bedding is all provided.

This Florida gem has all the comforts of home and just 3 miles from the excitement of Disney! You’ll never want to stay at a hotel again!
