Normal experience, everything went fine. I tried to rebook to extend my stay and was not able to online and informed the front desk and without even checking I quote " yeah we are busy". Stayed here man times just thought the employee might check and say sorry there isn't rooms available or wait we can rebook we had a cancellation etc. Oh well guess the line behind me that didn't exist was more important. No line at all.

Dear Anonymous, I apprciate the positive comments and your telling me about the desk clerks dealings with you when you wanted to extend your stay. We are really busy, but i certainly would have extended your stay and will make sure that all our desk clerks know that we should not turn away guests that are in the hotel and want to stay longer. Please give us another try on your next visit to the area, i will have a discussion with the desk staff about extending stays and i will also have those menus updated!
