professionally and tastefully decorated ,nice accessories this is an exceptional condo where no expense has been spared we have considered every comfort for our guests It is completely equipped, with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands.

Bedrooms : Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed,
and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.
All bedrooms have smarth tv new flat panel HDTVs.
This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds and offers an extra sectional sofa at the Den area

it has a Covered Lanai

Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50 inch smart HDTV,
free wireless internet in all rooms.

There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen:
Don't feel like going out, no problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.

Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.

The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando’s greatest experiences.

Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

Volleyball Tournament

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this resort / condo complex. It is a safe environment and very good location to attractions, convention center, restaurants, airport, etc. I am surprised at how quiet it is in the condo, you do not hear other guests very much. We would stay here for our next trip without a doubt

Great place!

Great place with lots of space. Other than the smoke alarm beeping because of a dead battery and the AC resetting back to a higher temp after a couple of hours, we enjoyed the space and the amenities of the neighborhood.

Worked for us!

Nice super clean unit! We were in town for an event at the convention center and location was perfect. Pool was nice and even has a great bartender. The outdoor furniture desperately needs replacing. Sitting on the patio isn’t an option - it’s broken and pretty dilapidated. The walls in the building are paper thin so it’s a bit noisy. Depending on the neighbors you could be up late or up early. But overall the unit worked great for our 3 night stay.

Nice property

The apartment is very spacious, well kept, confortable and clean. When we arrived the access code was not working and it took several phone calls for them to have it sorted out. One important issue that was not disclosed prior to accessing the property is that the AC cannot be manipulated and must be kept at 72 at all times with the fans on which made the apartment very hot and uncomfortable at certain times of the day and a vent in the bathroom was leaking within the first hours of our arrival. Besides those couple of issues the apartment is a good rental for family vacation to the parks.

Condo iwith a view

This place was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable to stay in. The upper view of the late was also fantastic as we could watch the sunset and also see fireworks off on the distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close to Orange Co Convention center

Stayed here while daughter played Volleyball at the Orange Co convention center - very close and convenient. Took a $10 uber each day to the convention center so we did not have to park and pay. Condo was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Perfect and spacious

We were supposed to have a few more members of this family. So did not need as much extra space, but this place was so comfy and had everything right. Easy to check in and get in and out. Easy parking and close to everything near Orlando convention center. Would love to come back and go to Disney or Orlando next time with family. Was excellent and our host was very welcoming and easy for reach. Thanks for the beautiful stay.

Wonderful vacation condo

We loved staying at this beautiful and very spacious condo! It was conveniently close to Universal, many restaurants and Publix. Loved the water view too! Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable relaxing here after hitting the parks all day.

Highly recommend!!

We stayed in this unit for four days and it was perfect!! Beautifully decorated, great nature views, and contained everything we needed. It's just a short walk to the grocery store and dining options. The pool area was really nice and all the staff we encountered were friendly. 5 stars, 10/10 would highly recommend and stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay--condo was extremely well appointed and comfortable. Set up perfectly for a reunion of three friends--we loved the great access to the walking trail and close proximity of Publix, Moma's Cafe and Half-Barrel Brewing. Would stay again!

Beautiful Accommodation Close to Parks

The pictures for this property were nice, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived because the property was even better than we expected. It was a quick 10 or 15 minute drive to the airport and less than 10 minutes to Universal. The view from the deck was nice with fireworks visible in the evenings. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Fantastic time in Florida

Our family of six enjoyed everything about this property! The location, the amenities, and the condo itself were exactly as, or better than the listed description. Check-in was a breeze and communication was great! The main pool area was two buildings down but easily walkable and the secondary pool area (quieter and smaller) was close also. The main pool was very busy but we were there for a dance competition and the influx of people was largely due to people we knew, so that was fun. The onsite drinks were a nice option and the kids enjoyed the game room. We never ate the food offered at the pool, but others said it was fine. The proximity to the grocery store, the liquor store, and several really good take out options was the best! We got takeout from Beth’s Burgers, NYPD pizza, Dunkin Doughnuts, and the Chinese restaurant. All were above average! We were so close to the main attractions and the driving was not complicated. The condo was very clean, the bedding was lovely, the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and the towels were plentiful. The TV situation was tricky for a minute, but the instructions were good and we had no problems after we figured it out. We saw fireworks from our balcony! We saw a lot of wildlife (birds, lizards, frogs) when walking by the lake. Over all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! A few hooks in the bathrooms and the laundry room for hanging towels and suits would be nice for air drying. The dryer was functional but struggling during our stay. Someone came to look at it but it wasn’t any better. Perhaps a new dryer is in order in the near future. This was only really an issue when we had a few loads to do before departure and had spent a rainy and late night at Disney World before the 10am checkout. With wet clothes, wet swimsuits, and a couple of loads of laundry before moving to our next resort, we were a bit behind on our checkout. This did not in any way detract significantly from our over all opinion of the vacation from start to finish. We highly recommend Vista Cay, Monica, and this unit specifically.

The good: It was spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Magic Kingdom and Universal. Master bath was nice. Walgreens in walking distance. The bad: One of the beds had long dark hairs all over the sheets. Long dark hairs were also stuck to the walls of one of the showers. The water pressure was too low in the second shower, so everyone showered in the master bath. The safe didn't work. A knob was missing on the dryer. It must have been stuck on a low temperature setting, because it took so many cycles to dry clothes. They were not generous with towels, so we had to wash and dry towels, which took forever.

Vista Cay: Excellent Perfectly Maintained Lake View Third Floor Unit

Our visit over the 2017 July 4th holiday week was perfect. Monica handled all of the reservation details and provided documentation that was well detailed for accessing and departing from the unit. The electronic door locks eliminated the need for making sure someone had a unit key. There was more than enough space in the unit for the three adults and one child. The unit was in excellent shape and the quality of the furnishings are well represented by the pictures on the web site. The unit is about 2.5 miles from Universal Studios, and less than ten miles to Disney, an easy location to access area attractions if not wanting to stay on property at the resorts.
