High-speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, free parking and resort amenities included.

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows. Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Inside, spacious rooms and themed spaces offer comfort and a sense of play throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms are spread across two floors, including the King Triton Suite on the main level with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a jetted tub. The Siesta Suite is also on the first floor with a queen bed. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite offers two twin beds, while the Star Wars Suite includes two queen beds. The Clearwater Suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, and the Moana Suite provides both a queen and a full bed.

Indoor living
Two inviting living areas offer room for everyone to gather, each with smart TVs for relaxed movie nights. An air-conditioned game room adds another layer of entertainment, including a pool table, arcade games, board games, and a TV. Cable service is available, along with a game console for added options. A dedicated workspace and WiFi support guests who need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes an Airfryer stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. With space to prepare meals and a dining table for shared gatherings, you can settle comfortably into your routine.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa create an inviting retreat. Optional heating is available for both the pool and spa. A covered lanai and BBQ grill offer room for relaxed outdoor time, with the warm Orlando Area climate supporting year-round enjoyment. Outdoor furniture and a patio provide additional spaces to unwind.

Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets support longer stays. Family-friendly options include a crib, pack n play, high chair, children’s books and toys, dinnerware, and baby safety gates. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The home is pet-friendly, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple.

Guests have access to nearby resort facilities, including a pool, gym, and lake access via a path or dock. Free parking on the property and street parking add convenience. The Orlando Area location places you within reach of theme parks, dining, and area attractions.
