Staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa had everything we needed. It was quiet at night and we slept well on the comfy mattress. The shower was nice and clean. We had a great time.

Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration
The unit was good and spacious, however the check in process was slow. Their online system for checking in/out was also not working properly during our stay.

It was a clean place. Food was ok. My room key and the replacement I got only worked for our room. It did not work for any of the gates or pool area. Bowling area is very expensive and it would have been nice for the charges to be disclosed. Phone in the room didn’t work. The family suite was set ...
