Beautiful apartment with a splendid view from the roof garden

Recently renovated and fully equipped apartment, with 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, two verandas, a living room with kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a roof garden with fantastic views, in a complex with private swimming pool, gym and parking area .

In the apartment there is a washing machine, air conditioning, wi-fi and 40 "TV. The apartment is located 400 meters from the town center where restaurants and supermarkets are available.

A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach in one of the beautiful beaches near Oroklini and Ayanapa, reachable in 20 minutes by car.
