With its 120 m², it can accommodate up to 7 people (5 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old) and consists of: living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shared and one en-suite with jacuzzi in the master bedroom).

The beach is 3 km away, the historic centre 1 km, the nearest supermarket 800 m, and the tennis court is a 15-minute walk. The apartment is near the Piazza and the Church of San Giacomo.
