"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "The place met our needs. It was clean, close to the metro, restaurants, and a market. We cooked our breakfast. And ate other meals throughout Paris. The bed was comfortable and with the shutters the room was dark. We had to set our alarms to keep us from sleeping in. We were there in April so the room temperature was fine. We slept with the shutters closed and the windows open and had really nice sleeps. Le Marais is a vibrant fun neighbourhood."

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"Our airline, Transavia , cancelled our trip to Paris twice and we were unable to visit Paris or enjoy this apartment. I brought our issue to the host and was advised that they are unable to issue us a refund."

"I was not aware of the construction on-going at the site. Rooms were very nice but construction led to crowded/delayed elevator and no extra services. Area of hotel is very nice. Once construction is complete, the hotel will be great."
