Awesome Vacation with Family
This is the second time we stayed at the Penthouse! It is a great place for a large family. We cooked a lot of our meals together, played cards, games, and enjoyed our time together. The views from the deck are amazing. We had a boat and the owner was great in getting us a boat slip to fit our boat. Owner is great in responding to questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacation.
This is an amazing property to rent. We had 3 familes staying there and there was plenty of room and everything that we needed. We spent alot of time on the deck looking out over the lake. Would definitely rent this one again.

Birthday Getaway
Every year we take a group of family & friends for a long birthday getaway, this property was perfect. It was clean, had a beautiful view, and I was so impressed with the hot water heater. There have been many instances where we have stayed at other condominiums and the hot water couldn’t keep up, every single shower was in use at one point and we never experienced any cold water. I had a question regarding the grill and Jason instantly called me and talked me through it! 5 stat experience! This condo was perfect for our large group! We definitely will be back!

We had 3 families stay here over thanksgiving. It was great. We really enjoyed the unit and the location, the views from the deck were awesome. We also had family just a few floors below us. Super convenient! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for a fun weekend
My wife and I were renewing our wedding vows after 45 years. Our 3 adult kids and their spouses and children joined us. There was plenty of room and the condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there or nearby. It was off season and very cold so we did not utilize all of the amenities. I’m certain it is even better in a warmer season. I would book this condo again.

Nice but could be cleaner
We had 11 adults stay here for 4 nights and enjoyed the spaciousness of this condo. The bedrooms were great. We did notice several cobwebs around and dust on the floor and lamps. We were disappointed the Kurig didn’t work. I’m not sure the last time the stove was cleaned but it was BLACK in side. The second refrigerator was dirty as well. The patio was very spacious and the view was gorgeous however it was very dirty. We spent the first hour cleaning cobwebs and bugs(spiders) off of the chairs and tables. We never did figure out how to use the awnings but not sure they even worked they were so so dirty. The 2 patio doors were also very dirty.

Sorority Reunion
Love this place. Eleven 70+ women gather each year and brave the four flights of steps for the view, the multiple king-sized beds, plentiful bathrooms, and large dining table. Were pleased an extra refrigerator has been added.

Beautiful location great work space for presentations
We had our 3 day work retreat and had meetings in the unit. Excellent view and useful space. The deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The bedrooms were great. We will go back again next year.

This was an excellent condo to stay in. Beds were comfy and whole place was very clean. (except oven) At 59 an elevator would have been great but it was good exercise. I would stay here again.

Great for multiple families!
We had 3 families - 6 adults and 7 kids - with the three master bedrooms it worked great for each family to have their own space. The main living area easily accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the large deck. Bonus: there was a full size fridge in the laundry area that we designated as the beverage fridge. Only downfall was the stairs. We had a lot of stuff for 13 people!

Dads Family Birthday
We celebrated our Dads 8Oth Birthday. The Penthouse has a beautiful view of the sunset. We loved the patio area. The unit was very spacious, we all loved the comfy beds. The master suite was amazing. Two refrigerators and two living quarters was nice. The decor and layout were exceptional, and the pool was close. Take your own beach towels. We were close to Redheads Restaurant. Jason was great with communication. Check the grill when you arrive. We will stay again!

Best view at the lake
Spent memorial day 2022 with my family at this wonderful penthouse condo. The accommodations were fantastic with plenty of room for my 13 people. Also had plenty of dishes silverware pots and pans that were available which is not always the case. Highly advise anyone to rent this.

I'm so glad we found this place. It looks even better in person. We took our kids and their families for easter weekend. The view of the lake thru the massive windows was awesome. Beds were so comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Two bedrooms walk out onto the large deck that spans the width of the condo. Very clean. Property manager answered my text right away when we couldnt figure out the remote. The only negative was going up 4 sets of stairs with an ice chest.

Great location and view.
Perfect location. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful lake view from the entire deck. Condo was in good shape overall, some wear and tear was noticed around windows and doors, dishwasher, and dryer but nothing major and still a great value! This does have 6 king beds which is wonderful, however one of the king beds is located in the open loft and not an actual bedroom. Would definitely return again in the future.

Great views, beautiful penthouse rental.
We loved this place, we had 4 couples and 4 small children for our annual family vacation. There was plenty of space for us all to gather together or hang out in a quiet space if needed. The views are spectacular and you're literally right on the water, albeit 4 stories up. The deck is a bit narrow, but spans the width of the entire condo, so plenty of space for everyone. We hope to be back again next fall.

Sorority Reunion
We are a group of a dozen age 70+ sorority sisters who loved the place! We struggled a bit with the four flights of eight steps each, but decided the climb was worth it once we got into the well-appointed, spacious, comfortable penthouse with an amazing view. It was great to have so many bedrooms with king beds, the four bathrooms, a large dining table, and plenty of seating inside and out. We were pleased at how well appointed it was -- some condiments, lots of trash bags, plenty of dishes/utensils/cookware and linens. We hope to return yearly until we can no longer manage the steps.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
This condo is far beyond being considered the Penthouse! It was so spectacular that I am still in disbelief. From the spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, to the double loft, to the family room with more than enough seating and THER most comfortable couch, to the HUGE balcony that is cozy yet private…this place went above and beyond my expectations!! Pictures just don’t do it justice! We had an amazing stay and the host is literally the only one I will ever rent from when we visit the Ozarks with our boat. The condo was exceptional and the docks are always clean and superb. Our entire group LOVED staying here and I can’t wait to go back!!!! Boating on LOTO is by far my favorite place to boat and feeling like I’m at home in this condo just made it that much better! Trust me…you don’t want to skip over this unit or this host…you will n ever be disappointed!

Very neat spot, great views of the lake. Accommodations were great, clean and comfortable. The property manager is very good at making sure you have everything. If anything came up, Jason took care of it! Thank you! They were also able to accommodate dockage if you bring a boat. Nice covered slips, just downstairs from your condo. Very convenient, nice property. Would stay here again.

We stayed a weekend to celebrate my daughters’ graduations from college…one a nurse, one a doctor, a girls weekend with friends and family. We had plenty of space for our big group and absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. Very clean and supplied with what we needed. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for 10 friends for a 21st bday party! What a gorgeous view! Comfortable living environment. No one felt on top of one another. All the conveniences of home. Only thing not provided at the house was body wash and I didn’t think I’d need to bring that. No biggie though. One girl had some.

The Penthouse is Beautiful and Spacious
We did a couples trip with 2 other couples and it was so amazing. There was so much space and many of the bedrooms have private baths which is a plus. The loft area is gorgeous with lots of beautiful mirrors and extras sleeping areas. The decor is beautiful and the long wrap around deck was amazing a well. The views are everything right on the water. The unit was equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The communication with Jason, the property owner was always fast and attentive. We will definitely stay here again. This was such a nice and relaxing trip and this penthouse was the icing on the cake.

I stated that I would like a full refund and stated to the man I had a death in my family so I wouldn’t be able to make my trip he act like he understood but at the same time didn’t have remorse or care just wanted my money for the room to be occupied even if I was to cancel and he found someone else to stay at the property for the weekend I had he still wasn’t and didn’t want to send my refund back ... I’m not sure how the property was at all I’ve tried to make it work I drove out their couldn’t get in I’ve emailed him numerous of times he stopped replying the whole weekend... the communication sucks and the man his self was not speaking to me professionally he had an snotty attitude period.

Meisha, I'm sorry for your loss as you know. Unfortunately, I do have to adhere to our cancellation policy in these situations. VRBO does offer cancellation insurance as an option to travelers when they book. I'm sorry you were not able to accept my offer to come during the week instead of on the weekends since we already had reservations in place the following weekends into the summer. I explained that perhaps I could give you a credit toward a future stay if you cancelled and I was able to fill the dates. As you know, you refused to cancel since I wouldn't waive our policy so that option didn't work out like I had hoped. I responded to your calls and texts and emails immediately - even when you text me after midnight discussing the refund. It's completely unfair for you to suggest my communication was anything but clear - and as I pointed out - our policies and house rules are clear as well. You agreed to these policies and house rules when you booked as required by VRBO.
