In absolute isolation, the house is available to you on a 3000 sqm plot.
With 4 bedrooms, one of them on the open gallery, kitchen, living room, a bathroom with walk-in glass shower, a guest toilet, a cozy dining area for up to 8 people, a sauna house incl. second refrigerator with freezer, the Swedish shed; you can call all this your home!
In 2019/2020 the house was core renovated, modernized and lovingly renovated.
It is located in the middle of the nature reserve and 2 km from the North Sea dike.
The spacious living atmosphere is created by the open floor plan, as well as the partial waiver of false ceilings to the OG.
From the open gallery you have a view into the living-dining area with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters.
In the living room you will find sofa, a rocking chair, the cozy stove, TV, underfloor heating.
In 3 bedrooms ,one of them on the open gallery, there are double beds. The 4th bedroom has a pull-out double bed and is the passage to the bedroom 'roses'.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, underfloor heating, vanity mirror, towels, as well as hairdryer and hand washing soap.
In the guest toilet are washer-dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, cleaning materials.
WLAN is available free of charge.
There are 2 Smart TV's (140 cm and 125 cm) and a music system with Bluetooth and DAB Plus.
Insect screens on the windows are available throughout the house. At the door to the terrace there is a sliding insect screen door.
Directly next to the thatched house is the new sauna house.
The spacious sauna invites you to relax. With the view over meadows and pastures you can let your soul dangle.
To enjoy the sun there are 2 seating areas, one of them covered.
In the Swedish shed 6 e-bikes are available for you free of charge, as well as a ladies' and a men's bike (bio-bikes).
You will also find a table tennis table, a badminton game, a kubb game, a slack line, a game collection and other small items.
There are enough parking spaces for cars.
In the winter season an early check-in may be possible. You are welcome to ask.
Comfortable occupancy 6 persons, 7-8 persons possible. More persons are definitely not possible!
The house and the property are not childproof and for smaller children only conditionally suitable.
The property is surrounded on 3 sides by a steep, unsecured moat!
No pets!
I have to mention it unfortunately, please leave the house broom clean!
There are 3 surveillance cameras on the property. During your stay the cameras are turned off and covered.
