“Leider konnten wir nicht ins Zimmer. Nach 1/2 Stunde am Telefon und gefühlt 100 Versuchen den immer gleichen Code einzutippen wurde endlich jemand „vor Ort“ benachrichtigt. Es vergingen dann noch einmal 20 Minuten um festzustellen, dass die Türe sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen ließ.
