We designed, built, and thoroughly renovate the “Ferienhaus am Deich” every year. This detached, smoke-free house is situated on a 507 m² lot in a prime location near the beach and town center, with no through traffic. It accommodates up to 12 people and 2 toddlers (2–3 families) year-round. The property features 4 parking spaces, a covered parking area, and a garden shed for your bicycles. On the first floor, you’ll find an approximately 60 m² living/dining area with a fireplace, a large Ultra HD 4K TV, a Pioneer home theater system, and a Blu-ray player. The living room is furnished with high-quality pieces from Designwerk and Willi Schillig. The built-in kitchen by EWE features a stainless steel countertop and is connected to the dining area via a kitchen island. We’ve fully equipped the kitchen—in addition to the Tchibo Caffissimo capsule coffee machine, you’ll also find a fondue set, a drip coffee maker, a waffle iron, a food processor, an asparagus pot, a goose roaster, and a mixer. The barrier-free first floor also features a guest bathroom and a large sauna area for up to 6 people with a walk-in shower and a private sauna terrace with privacy screening. A dryer and washing machine are also available. A connecting door leads from the sauna area to your ground-floor bedroom, which features a high-quality, large box-spring bed from a German manufacturer. On the upper floor, you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms with double beds. Two of these bedrooms are each equipped with an additional sleeper sofa. One bedroom on the upper floor also has its own TV. This bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed and a leather sofa, as well as its own full bathroom. The other bedrooms share another large full bathroom with two sinks and a large corner bathtub. The wraparound wooden deck measures over 80 m² and faces south, west, and east. We use exclusively green electricity! The house is heated sustainably and environmentally friendly via a geothermal heat pump and a solar power system. Safety: Smoke detectors are installed in all bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and hallways; a CO₂ detector is also installed in the living room for your safety. A first-aid kit and foam fire extinguisher are located on the first floor under the stairs, just in case. You will be personally assisted on-site by our team. Leisure: Boddenhafen is a 7-minute walk away; excursions by passenger ferry—including bike transport—are possible, e.g., to Hiddensee. Horse-drawn carriage rides, sightseeing tours on the Darß Railway, and a covered bike shelter with bike racks are available on the property; bike rentals are a 3-minute walk away.
