- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00€ and with the restrictions provided).

Villa Bellina is a modern single-level villa, surrounded by manicured gardens and olive groves, located just outside the historic hill town of Ostuni. Carefully renovated in 2022 by the current owner, the villa combines contemporary design and cutting-edge facilities, including a floor air conditioning system and ultra-green ventilation. The interiors are designed for maximum comfort, with three bedrooms, a large living area and parquet floors in the sleeping area. Outside, large lawns, a furnished veranda, and a separate pool area provide different spaces for outdoor living. The villa has a private charging station for electric vehicles and is a short drive from the shops, restaurants and clubs of Ostuni. The beaches of Villanova and Costa Merlata are also within easy reach.

Interiors:
The villa is on one floor. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into a bright living area with dining table and seating area; kitchen with access to the laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Two steps lead to the sleeping area: a twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with a floor air conditioning and dehumidification system with ceiling diffusion, adjustable in every room and powered by radiant panels. The air system includes UV sanitization and filter replacement every six months to ensure optimal air quality. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by about 800 square meters of well-kept garden, on one level and framed by olive trees, pines and Mediterranean vegetation. A long driveway lined with oaks and pine trees leads from the entrance gate to the property, which shares the avenue with a neighboring villa located further downstream. On one side of the villa there is a porch with a furnished veranda and a traditional wood oven located near the kitchen. On the opposite side, a large lawn surrounds the pool and houses a gazebo with lighting, dining table and chairs. Additional relaxation areas are located under the pine trees, in a shaded area designed for reading and resting. In front of the villa there is an outdoor parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles. The property is partially fenced with 1.20 m high mesh and dry stone walls of varying heights, not completely safe for pets. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The infinity pool is located about 30 meters from the villa, on the north-east side of the garden, and can be reached through a stone path in Trani. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; covered in shaved concrete; access through internal steps; salt purification system; double-sided whirlpool; electric cover. The pool has internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved in Trani stone and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
On Request:
Heating from November to April (€ 30,00 per day). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.
