"En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! "Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille dans la propriété San Lorenzo, nous avons été merveilleuement bien acceuilli par les propriétaires, les chambres sont tŕès grandes, la litterie est parfaite, et le logement très propre. Nous avons été comblés par un petit deĵeuner avec de nombreuses specialités locales faites maisons, charcuteries, fruits et mention pour les produits sans gluten. Nous recommandons vivement San Lorenzo."

"The main character is the cala, beautiful! But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour...
