“Aangekomen bij de accomodatie, werden we fijn ontvangen, drinken aangeboden en na een heerlijke espresso naar onze kamer gebracht. Een prima kamer, heel schoon. Wel wat hard bed, en een comfortabele stoel zou wel fijn zijn. Wij waren de enige gasten toen we er waren, dus heerlijk rustig. Het restaurant is heel goed! Heerlijk gegeten! Ook kwam de gastvrouw nog met een leuke tip om een olijfolie-boer te bezoeken. Ook een aanrader!”

“So many things about this property are wonderful. The staff at the restaurant and pool are fantastic. The grounds are lovely. The pool is amazing. Breakfast is weird, small selection, same every day, and nothing was the right temperature (meat, fruit, etc all warm like it sat out, scrambled eggs always empty or alternatively cold) The rooms are lovely and characteristic of a masseria. Unfortunately, they are incredibly warm and humid — they do have air conditioners but they are insufficient……

“En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! Notre chambre……

“It was like being in a palace! With a beautiful view to Adriatic sea, with a balcony, the room with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. Rich breakfast. Friendly stuff. Everything was great!”

“Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum, max. 5 Gehminuten. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse macht bei schönem Wetter auch abends noch Spaß. Schön war auch der große Parkplatz für die Autos, gleich gegenüber und immer freie Plätze.”

“Otranto was one of our favorite cities in Salento. Amazing location walking distance to the main sights, incredible apartment with terrace facing the ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful, Sergio and Caterina helped us with restaurant reservations and luggage transport. Breakfast was not included. The welcoming bottle of sparking wine was a great touch. Parking was easy to find with the instructions provided, but an extra fee. Communication was prompt and the staff was welcoming. Grazie……

“Irene Is awesome! The hotel is lovely, everything was built with love, till the last small detail. Very quiet area, great as a base to visit the area around town and go to the beach. Breakfast is incredible, the beds are very comfortable and Irene is always great at recommending place to visit. If we visit puglia again we will definitely stay again at La Filanda”

“The hotel is located a half block from the beachfront with many restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and arranging parking and getting the baggage to the hotel. There is a lovely rooftop terrace, which is especially nice because they serve breakfast there. Great view Patricia, the receptionist, was very helpful and a great ambassador for the Hotel.”
