The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for self catering, although there are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The train station is a mere 10 minutes walk away and it makes sense to use the trains to travel up and down the coast as places can get very busy. To go into the mountains however, you will want a car and the parking that comes with the apartment is convenient and secure....

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Here are the PROS: - LOCATION: Very safe, great location, close to everything you need in town. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Only a 3 minute walk to the ferry to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc. - INTERIOR: Very nice, modern, clean, spacious, well-appointed space. “The apartment was clean and comfortable with all supplies needed for our stay. The view was spectacular. We walked in and out of town frequently, even with the 176 stairs, it didn’t take us as long as we were anticipating. Our host Cinzia was lovely and helped us order a taxi to the train when we were having difficulty with our Italian. Mosquitoes were plentiful in Rapallo, so bring repellent. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rapallo. ”

“We really enjoyed our time at this location. Bogliasco is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who likes beauty without all the crowds. It does not have any views of the water directly from the apt but it is a short walk down a very interesting path to a great view over the water as well as some stairs down to the water access. Ite was very beautiful there. I would say the only thing I would suggest is that the I want to have better direction for arrival. We were told to turn right over...
