Enter through the side door of this gem. Anticipation awaits as you turn the corner. Through the hallway the chalet style windows offer a spectacular view of the wooded area surrounding the cottage. Your perfect Finger Lakes getaway has just begun!

The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining friends and family alike. You'll find meal prep easy with a kitchen that comes fully stocked with all your favorite cooking and baking ware. A large island with breakfast bar separates the kitchen and living area. Chat with the chef of your group while they prepare a dish to remember.

Comfortable sofas offer a nice retreat for curling up with a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip a cup of Finger Lakes brew, and plan your adventures for the day.

Completing the lower level, you'll find two bedrooms, both with queen beds and garden views. The main hallway of Bufflehead Bungalow offers entry to the full bath with shower/tub combo.

Upstairs, a loft with beautiful knotty pine ceilings and soft pastel colored bedding is available for extra sleeping.

Outside, a large wrap around deck can be found just off the living area. A glass of Finger Lakes wine is the perfect addition while enjoying the sounds of nature and tuning out everyday hustle and bustle – life at the lake is easy!

Across the road, a private lake front is yours to enjoy with 100 foot of natural lake frontage on Cayuga Lake. Spend your days at the lake kayaking the shores, sunbathing on the dock, or picking up the lake glass that will wash up on the shore. Build a fire in the pit and watch the sun set, and stars shine through the night's sky.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
