We have stayed at the Meaford Inn every year for several years now. It's always clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the water, and to the shops and restaurants. Good A/C, lots of parking, and the manager always welcoming. Meaford is a lovely town.

The property desperately needs a refresh - and the removal of lamps and other junk items from the walkway on the second floor. Parking is awkward. At least they allowed our dog and for a decent fee.

The smell was horrible inside the room, toilet paper left for me was all wet and seemed used, outside is direct dump smell made me nauseous I dont understand how the rating was acceptable before booking. I travel a lot and am pretty easy going but it was one of my worst stays for sure I almost left and cant believe I paid 168 for that .
