"Great hotel. One of my favs, will def be staying there again. One thing I didn’t like was on my birthday front desk was quite rude when I went to ask for something. Don’t come to work there if you have horrible customer service. Then I room service and they give me 2 bits of ice cream for my birthday which I didn’t eat because obviously it melted. But how cheap can you guys get. If you are trying to give a complimentary birthday treat, how about do better and don’t be cheap. I rather the taken something off my bill than give me something I don’t even eat. Literally 2 bites of ice cream. Laughable. Other hotels have done better for my birthday than this treatment. Smh. "
