"The check-in process was quick and easy, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a heritage building, and with that comes some compromises of an old building. The room and bathroom were quite tiny, but were fine and sufficient for a one-night stay.
The one downside (literally and figuratively) was that the right side of the king-sized mattress was partially collapsed and my wife was almost comically rolling downwards off the side of the mattress if she laid anywhere close to the side of the bed, no joke. The bed was otherwise comfortable, but the mattress could in our particular room could do with being replaced.
Finally, note that the parking lot for hotel parking was quite tight. I arrived when the lot was nearly full (noting I have a reasonably sized VW Golf R), and the two available spots I saw were a tight squeeze to get into with mid-sized SUVs in a lot of the spots, including where I parked. It looked like large SUVs might not fit in this lot too well, at least when the lot is almost full."
