“Loved having access to a kitchen and a washing machine, much needed after 3 wks camping. Beds were supper comfy cozy, and contrary to other reviews we did not find the street noise bothersome, and we had the windows open. Traffic noise calmed by midnight.
Place was very well looked after by hardworking staff, we saw staff regularly in the 4 days we stayed. Shout out to them, because it's deplorable the mess other guests left in the kitchen. Very inconsiderate not leaving it clean for the next……

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready.
Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them.
When we did get into the room the large curved screen TV proved to be……

“Great location we could see the lions from our room! Only slight downside was the sofa bed was a little on the uncomfortable side, but we had a great time and the staff were great too.”

“Unable to use hob. Hot water supply to bath poor Shower okay The description "near the sea" a bit misleading. Insufficient instructions and labelling with regard to bins and TV.
