“We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. ”

Lovely 6ft bed, Lovely bedding and towels, everything you need in the kitchen area fridge freezer and wecome pack, and a lovely swim pool in garden with plenty of seating area's, hosts very nice and friendly cannot fault this cottage would return.”
“Lovely stay, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was kept nice and hot.
We had Room 328 which was very bright and airy with panoramic views, the station, cricket ground and a corner view of the sea.
The shower over the bath proved to be tricky in getting the right temperature without being scolded or it turning freezing cold, hence this took about 10/15 mins each day! Bed should be replaced, has probably seen better days as it was very squishy and bouncy,……
