We spent 2.5K Euro for a suite they said with terrace, sea view. They showed very nice pictures with second floor terrace beautiful view on Orbitz but then when we checked in they gave us the first floor and cannot see the sea at. We definitely much overpaid for 2500 Euro. Not worth that much at all.

The pool and restaurant/drink lounge view is amazing. Service was excellent. All staff speak good English. We were so impressed with service and food that we canceled the hotel at the next leg of our three week trip and booked with the Rocco Forte location in Verdura. For anyone reading older reviews, I would disregard as the property changed ownership at the end of 2019 and went over an extensive renovation and was closed for a year and a half. Since the reopening under new ownership, the rooms are spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, no noise in rooms, high reviews for everything from service and food to a fully stocked cocktail lounge to the point that we will be staying in any Rocco Forte location if they have one in the city of our future travels. We are from Vancouver, Canada. This resort is on par with Fairmont.
