The Arco del Sole 2 house is designed exclusively for those who want to stay in an apartment for exclusive use, in a quiet, welcoming and colorful environment to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
The location in the city is perfect for visiting the historic center on foot or for using public transport to get around the city. It is the ideal place to spend cheerful evenings, in clubs, pubs and restaurants nearby.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and is outside the ZTL area, it has a supermarket nearby.
The minimal modern style, with attention to the smallest details, is designed for the comfort of guests who want to live an unforgettable travel experience.
The 86sqm house consists of entrance with security door, corridor, two bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, balcony, soundproof windows, safe and televisions. The bedrooms are equipped with sheets, pillows and blankets,
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils and dishes, there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The living area has a table with chairs, a refrigerator, a TV and a sofa bed for one and a half.
The bathroom with window is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and is equipped with hairdryer, towels, shower towels and courtesy products.
There is a cold / hot air conditioning system in all rooms.
Guests can use Whatsapp, sms or email to contact me. Upon their arrival, the personal documents of all guests will be requested, for registration with the competent public security authorities, and the payment of the tourist tax.

Dommage

C’est un appartement sympathique, Vincenzo accueille bien ses locataires. Dommage pour lui qu’il soit dans une rue si bruyante, bars, musique, concerts, match de foot, chaque soir a sa réjouissance, au moins jusqu’à 1h du mat. Pour résumer, je dirais que c’est parfait pour de joyeux fétards. Mais si pour vous, les vacances sont faites pour dormir un peu, alors passez votre chemin.
