Villino Ada a Mondello by Wonderful Italy

Charming house with courtyard and large terrace a few minutes from the sea, in Mondello.The house, featuring large spaces, opens onto the living area: a living room furnished with two sofas, a puff and a television, and the fully-equipped kitchen with oven and everything you need to cook, a dining table and sliding doors leading to the beautiful furnished terrace where guests can enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, complete the layout. At the back of the house there is also another outdoor shower, ideal after returning from the beach. At guests’ disposal comforts such as free wi-fi, heating and air conditioning and a washing machine.*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking inside the property.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic quarters. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares.Palermo's central station is about 30 minutes' drive from the flat, while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is less than 24 km away.

Das Ferienhaus ist neu renoviert und hat schöne Räume und Möbel. Zwei neue Badezimmer waren super - erstklassige Dusche! Betten sind neu und gut. Der wunderschöne Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar! Sehr gute Bäckerei in Nähe. Terrasse: Leider fehlen bequeme Outdoor Möbel - vorhandene Loungemöbel waren voller Katzenhaare - schläft wohl nachts immer da! Auch nicht komfortabel! Terrasse nur eingeschränkt nutzbar da Pflanzen überwucherten! Tor zum Grundstück lies nicht nur mit Gewalt öffnen und schließen - abschließen nicht möglich. Sehr sehr eng zum einparken mit Fahrzeug. Küche - nur wenig Geschirr und Gläser - daher immerzu abwaschen. Wir mussten Lappen, Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier kaufen weil nicht oder wenig vorhanden! Backofen nicht benutzbar - Sicherung springt immer raus. Am schlimmsten ist das tägliche Gebelle der Hunde der Nachbarn - zu jeder Tageszeit - In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind 8 Hunde zu Hause. Wir wurden davon täglich geweckt und gestört. Echt schlimm. Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.
