When we arrived our room was not clean. We contacted the front desk and they were able to accomodate us and were gracious enough to updgrade us move us to another room due to the inconvenience. Rooms were on the older side and need to be upgraded. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing

We were able to check in early, but had to get the all clear from housekeeping which took time so we went to dinner. Check in person was very nice. While having dinner we received a text checking on how we liked our room, but hadn't even received yet. Morning of check out was bothered twice by housekeeping what time were we leaving. Check out is 11 we'll be out by then. At 10:30 am she came walking into our room without knocking or apologizing for the interruption. Breakfast was amazing. Our King suite bed seemed like a queen, but all and all visit was pleasant.

When my family and I arrived at the property check-in was slow due to one person being at the desk. Then we got off the elevator, our room was right outside the elevator. At first, we thought this was a great idea……we thought wrong. We heard kids running up and down the hallway all night. Then the next morning, we heard housekeepers talking very loudly. The room itself was nice and clean; however, the room did not have sheets, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed. We also didn’t have an equal amount of towels and washcloths. The shower did not provide enough water pressure and the water drainage was very slow. Overall, the room was below average to average. Today as we were leaving the property, we noticed the AC vents by the elevator were very dusty. There were also empty to-go cups by the elevator. Overall, our overnight stay was below average to average. We’re glad it was just for one night.

I like the location, amenities, it was a free ticket for a drink for each day of your stay, clean pool, hot tub, free breakfast!! I just wish it had extra towels in the room and the pool towers will be more accessible at times I had to wait for the desk person to finish resolving a matter to get my pool towers other than that I recommend this hotel

Property did not meet my expectations. Embassy Suites of Hilton used to be a good brand of hotels. That was NOT my experience. From the 1st day check, no one was the front desk. After 10 minutes of waiting Denise arrived to check in guests. My actual room did not seem clean at all due to scuff marks and a stain in the bed sheets. I had to requests new sheets. Big thanks to Hortense Anderson Housekeeping Supervisor. She came and provided new sheets and she provided new shower curtains.

La propiedad se ha deteriorado mucho todos los años me quedo en la propiedad y me encantaba pero ya se le ve el deterioro nesecitan una renovacion,ademas los cocineros del desayuno son unos desagradables,necesittan gente amable que sepa trabajar con el publico y las housekeeping no hacen bien su trabajo dejan las toallas donde kiera y no rellenan los gel de baño ni el shampo
