First time we stayed we were on the 1st floor and it was great. This is what made us stay the second time. Second time we were on the 3rd floor and it is horrible. It smells like its been wet and then dried, funky smell. Also, they charge for parking a 2nd vehicle, which was new. That 3rd floor needs an overhaul. Employees were very nice and breakfast was good.

Het personeel is niet goed op de hoogte van de ontbijt tijden. Het ontbijt is doordeweeks tot 09:00 uur. Als je iets voor 09:00 uur komt, wordt alles al weggehaald en wordt je chagrijnig aangekeken. De dame van de catering was ook alle drie de dagen chagrijnig, en kijkt hoeveel je eet en hoe je eet. Ze heeft totaal geen zin in haar baan.

🤩 Great, friendly and hospitable Staff; Clean rooms with comfortable beds. ☕ In the morning wake up to a Wonderful Breakfast with a cozy dining area. 🏊Take a dip in their Lovely outdoor pool equiped with tables and lounging. 🌞 Nearby and within walking distance is convenient shopping incase you need to pick up a few things too. 👍We enjoyed our stay. 😊 Looking forward to another stay at Comfort Inn and Suites Lantana. 🙏☮️💖🌞 Thank you all for your hospitality ❣️

The rooms all smelled damp and moldy. The shower had mold in the cracks, we had a bedbug scare because i woke up with bites in a bedbug pattern, but had no other bites the rest of the stay. My friend who was staying in another room discovered mold on the cords on the TV and mini fridge. They had to search for a room that DIDNT have mold in it. I understand florida is insanely humid, but to have mold in so many nooks and crannies, their housekeeping staff are clearly not being thorough enough. I heard one of them outside my door saying "cmon, cmon, I wanna be out of here by 2." Noone wants to work. But while they are working they should do what theyre being paid to do, and thoroughly. I unfortunately found out far too late that they dont clean your rooms for you while you are away. They only restock your toiletries. Staying there for a week in a sandy room wasnt a pleasant experience. I just wanted to relax and destress but they did not do that for us. One especially noteable experience is the unnotified fire alarm tests that went off at 11am. I have a panic disorder and i was sobbing and crying thinking i was going to die. To which they replied "its just a test". No warning for the first test or second. If i ever come to florida again, i will never stay here again.
