Great location! We enjoyed our stay at the GreenHouse. Will book again if we return. Loved how quiet it was how you could just walk right into Palmer or go hiking easily from the home. Coleen is a great host!!!

Fabulous location for getting around the Mat-Su valley

Lovely home! Perfect for a couple or small family. Ample counter space for cooking and baking. It was a great location to get into downtown Palmer or head out to Wasilla or Anchorage.

Had a very nice short stay in June. Cute place, nice little fire pit hang out area outside, and the furniture was comfy. The owner was nice and helpful. Just a good little spot all around. Note for older folks and kids - the stairs are a little on the steep side. My 4 year old did well, but might be worth considering if you have trouble with that sort of thing.

My teen and I were so happy and comfortable in the green house. We travel a lot for sports and we’ve stayed in a LOT of rentals like this. This one was among our favorites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was just lovely.

This was the perfect place for our family’s Visit to Palmer. The greenhouse cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was great with communication and we really enjoyed our stay.
