“We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up. They did bring fresh towels, no hand towels or wash clothes, cups or glasses. Had to call again. Over all we loved the place and the people we were visiting said they would recommend it to other……

“AC was really good. Good size TV, in good position to watch from the sofa or bed. Staff very helpful. Plenty of free parking. Great location for Ringling Museum and other attractions, and nice walking areas without driving. Breakfast was very good and well worth getting included. It is a coupon for $35 per too, which was more than enough if two.”
