From check in to check out we felt valued as a guest. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with. When we checked out my son forgot his beats headphones in a drawer. The staff were extremely honest and called to let me know they found them soon after we checked out. Since we weren’t far we were able to return after our visit to a local establishment and claim them. The honesty and integrity of the staff alone make me want to return again. If I find myself travelling through this will be a definite for my choice. Thank you for everything.

The staff kept the place very clean. The pool area was nice and my kids enjoyed it. We met some other vacationers that lived about 45 minutes from where we lived so we all sat out at night and had some adult beverages, while my kids played in the parking lot and grass areas.

Check out is 11am but 20 minutes before check out while we were actively getting ready to depart front desk called and asked when we were leaving. I found it rude, it’s a shame as the hotel has large rooms and is in a nice area we frequent but I don’t know if we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a good value. Our room with two queen beds was spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast. All staff that we encountered were smiley and friendly. Easy drive to Hershey.
