“Very Nice overall site. Camp store and bar/restaurant very convenient .”

“My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The puppy loved it too. The patio was a nice addition to our nights. Everything was clean and organized.”

“Great”

“Enjoyed a couple days with my husband. Nice scenic location. Hosts were great and very accommodating. The included breakfast was perfect. Very comfortable stay with positive vibes, we would absolutely stay again!!”

“Cabins: gorgeous, brand new, plenty of space, not roughing it at all! Hosts: lovely, helpful at check in when we got there very late. They are obviously expanding so there was some construction going on but we weren't there for the view from the cabins, we were headed to nearby lakes- Tuscarora, Locust & Hawk Mountain.”

“Amazing stay. Entire penthouse was clean. Property is beautiful. We will return next year. If any questions or concerns Carolee was always quick to respond by text or call. Youve got all you need at Houser's crossing.”

“If your looking peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to have a comfortable unplugged get away. Gas stations, food, and stores with in 30 minutes drive or less. The house was clean and inviting with a very warm atmosphere and beautoful scenery. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Great property , would stay here againThank you”

“Nice place for the weekend. It didn't have a TV but we really didn't need it with the other activities we had planned. Overall a great place.”

“Beautiful property to walk around and enjoy nature. The loft was very clean and taken care of. Out of the bustle of Jim Thorpe, but still close enough (just under a half hour) to go and spend the day. The train tracks right in front was a unique experience! Thank you so much! ”

“We were so happy with our stay at Housers Crossing. I loved having coffee each morning with the herd of deer who walk through the property regularly. Our host helped us get train tickets into Jim Thorpe, which was absolutely amazing! My kiddo enjoyed the quiet hammock in the woods for reading, and my husband loves the walking trail. What a beautiful, serene location! We loved our lodging. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed to cook instead of go out to eat. Not……

“My husband enjoyed the fishing”

“Place was amazing. Wish we had more than a day to stay. Deer running all over the area, beautiful stream and fire pits all over the property. A must stay if you want a peaceful getaway! ”

“We rented the property over Labor Day weekend and found the location within Eagle Rock to be extremely convenient. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and updated. The owner was responsive, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with.”

“Initial communication w/ host was good & in fairness left the contact info to a manager if needed. Our family was literally there for 1 night so we thought it would be ok. The photos are accurate however don’t depict the entire rental. It was cool in the sense it was an old bar converted into a multi use bnb - the vision was there, decor was really conversational. However, the craftsmanship was shoddy in most areas - for example, a beautiful stand alone tub but with broken Sheetrock and poor……

“If I ever have to visit the area again, I would absolutely stay at this listing. The home was clean everything and everything was provided in terms of linens, bathroom items, and kitchen items. It was a family, friendly space and the host’s attention to detail is unmatched.”
