Beautiful views

We have fallen in love with this area. The views from both the upstairs porches and downstairs deck were just gorgeous. The rainbow pink sunsets were amazing!

Friends Weekend

Great layout of the 3 bedrooms for our group of 3 couples. Close to the beach - great view from the screened porch. Everything was as expected - nice house. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful beach getaway

Great communication with the hosts. Spectacular home with a variety of seating areas with sun exposure, shade, and screened porch. Very nice beach access for morning and evening walks. We are already looking forward to a return visit!!!

Location!

The location and views of the gulf from the house are amazing! We loved taking the kayaks provided out every day. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place. Jessee was also very quick at responding when I had questions while there.

Phenomenal stay!!

We had an amazing week at this rental!! The place was well situated, was spacious enough for 9 of us for the week without feel crowded unless we were watching basketball games together downstairs! the kitchen was well stocked and had things we needed without issue! The hosts were absolutely amazing at responding to questions we had or any concerns, cannot say enough good things! We would gladly come back to this place and stay again!

Just Right!

Owners were very responsive, made the stay better. Had it not been for 2 1/2 days of TERRIBLE weather the stay would have perfect. As it was, Casa Del Mar was a great place to hunker down for the bad weather, and when the weather got better it was grand!

Awesome home and area

House is very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for all of us to relax, eat, do nothing as you should on vacation! Jesse was very responsive to any messages to assist when we could not find an answer. The water around this part of the coast isn't the clearest and you have to go out a bit to get through some of the muck but well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect House for our Family

The house was perfect for my husband and me, my one son's family with two kids and the other son's family with an infant. It is well equipped with kitchen items, laundry facilities and even an extra refrigerator! I loved the screened porch. The only problem we had was with the code to get in. However, the host was quick to respond and could fix it remotely. The location is great--a few steps to the beach and not far from dining in Panacea. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and peaceful

We enjoyed this peaceful home for a week. It was a short walk to the most beautiful sunrises and amazing night skies. Not a lot of traffic or fighting for a spot on the beach. Just what we wanted and needed for our busy family. To have no where to go but the sand and water. We seen and experienced so much of Florida’s wildlife on this vacation. From sharks, dolphins, sting rays, crabs, deer, birds, and pretty sure we had a visit from a bear. We didn’t see Mr bear but he left evidence. The home was also prefect for what we all needed.

Alligator Point

Nice peaceful location, lots of deer and other wildlife. We were lucky to be there in early November to see the migrating butterflies.

Remote and relaxing

This house is the perfect beach getaway to be able to relax and unwind. It’s a very clean, comfortable home- the main bedroom bed is SO comfortable! All the kitchen items you need to cook any meal- we did breakfast every morning and enjoyed the view of the ocean from the screened porch. The house faces east so you have great sunrises and cool evening shade on the decks or around firepit. We would definitely return. It would be a great getaway for 3-4 couples. 2BRs upstairs would share a bathroom. There’s a downstairs separate BR/ bath with a private entrance- you have to go outside to get into the main house but that makes it more private bungalow. It’s a well kept comfortable stay. you have to drive a bit for a restaurant and mini mart so bring food necessities. We saw all kinds of birds including a bald eagle low flying by, pelicans, woodpeckers, red birds, sea gulls, so many other sea birds and others. Lots of deer- Bald point state park boundary is right across the road.

Bald Point Review

The location was great, the rooms on the second and third floor were very good. The first floor unit is somewhat isolated. Parking was difficult as there was cardboard and wood stacked up in the carport. The screen room was a nice addition as was the fish cleaning station on the ground floor. Overall a good experience.
