*Per the HOA, 1 car is allowed per reservation. There is a limit of one parking pass for this unit.

**PLEASE NOTE – SAND CASTLES WEST COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION in the A & B buildings and is estimated to be completed in April 2024. There is ongoing construction noise between the hours of 7am – 6pm each day throughout the entire complex. There is no overflow parking during construction. The G building properties (G units) allow for 1 parking space per reservation. Townhomes (T units) allow for 2 parking spaces per reservation. Complex grills are also unavailable through April 2024.
Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings.**

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Welcome to the gorgeously renovated FinView, located in Sand Castles West II #G4. If you're looking for an trendy property to kick back and relax, or one to be your homebase for all the activities Panama City Beach has to offer, this is the spot for you! This 2BR/1BA condo has just undergone a complete REMODEL, and is beautifully decorated. This top floor condo is directly across the street from Panama City Beach and offers Gulf Views from the balcony and living room. This is the closest unit in the complex to the beach! With a King bed in the Master bedroom, a twin over queen bunkbed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this cozy condo sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. Come and make lasting vacation memories at FinView!

Sand Castles West offers lush tropical landscaping, two pools, a club house, and picnic tables. On the quieter side of Front Beach Road, it's the perfect location for your beach vacation!

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

has potential, poor housekeeping

the place itself met all our our needs, however, i do feel like there was some housekeeping issues we faced that could have been prevented. upon arrival, the floor was so nasty that our feet were black. the fridge and dishwasher had an odor. the keypad was dead on the lock to the door and we had to replace the battery. we found a cockroach, but only one. they offered to come spray but we didn't see any other than the one so we declined. the light in the living room did not work so we had to use lamps. and it appeared that the housekeeper does not move the furniture to clean behind it between guests. the potential to be a five star stay was there, but the housekeeping is slacking.

Our stay was great

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to be able to prepare quick and simple meals, the pool was clean. This apartment is on the 3rd floor so it might be difficult to get to for people with disabilities and parking spaces were tight but it was quiet, in a location away from all the action but still close enough to get to them without wasting to much time on the road. We will definitely book again next time we come down to PCB

Enjoyed staying there for over a week, the only issue was there were ants in the bedroom but they came out and took care of the ants for us the next day. Highly Recommend great place to stay.

The inside of the apartment was very cute and had everything needed for a quick getaway.

Great communication and accurate description of property. I would definitely recommend this rental but I would probably not stay here again only because the pool was quite small and the shower was awkward to use with a small child. (It had sliding glass doors and a sprayer that leaked when it wasn’t in a certain position.)

The property was just as advertised and fit our family of 6 perfectly! Balcony has a wonderful view of the Gulf for a property across the street from the beach. Real Joy properties has incredible customer service! We have lived in Panama City Beach and we have vacationed there for years. By far the best customer service that we have EVER experienced! Would definitely rent another property from this company!
