Beachside Sunrise is a beautiful and spacious four bedroom, 2 bath, single story house on a landscaped corner lot adorned with palms nestled in a golf cart community. A fenced and secluded backyard, a 4 car brick paver driveway, covered front and rear porches await you.
As you enter the house, you’re greeted by a bright foyer welcoming you inside to the living room with a beautiful coffered ceiling and dramatic lighting. The living room is furnished with three sofas, arranged to encourage communication, family night games and sharing a favorite program, movie or game on the large wall mounted Smart TV. All three sofas open to a single full-sized adult bed. The far end of the room has a wall of windows and a glass door with access to the patio. There is a dining alcove with seating for 8 guests, and 4 additional guests can enjoy seating at the kitchen island, and both spaces are also open to the kitchen.
The kitchen is contemporary, furnished with a stainless steel appliance package, tile backsplash, island sink and breakfast bar, pendant lighting and modern floors like those in the living room.
The Primary Bedroom (the Executive Suite) is a beautiful oasis, private and serene. A great place to slip away alone or with someone special for some quiet time. There is an en-suite bathroom with a private double vanity and a large zero-entry barrier walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. The bedroom has hardwood floors, an inverted tray ceiling with overhead and task lighting, plus windows for natural light and a Smart TV.
Bedroom number two is furnished with a queen size bed, Smart TV and ample storage space. It is adjacent to the second full bath that has a vanity sink and a large shower.
The third bedroom is also furnished with a Smart TV and a queen size bed.
The 4th bedroom is perfect for teens and younger children. It is furnished with a Smart TV and an arcade style, full size Ms. Pacman video game system with multiple arcade games for hours of entertainment. The bunks provide three twin adult-size beds.
The backyard is great for everyone. The family dog and children can run off some energy with its ample space. It's secluded with a 6 foot tall fence and a Ladder ball game. Enjoy a game of Twister while preparing a delicious home-cooked meal on the park-style charcoal grill in the backyard. There's also a dining table for six on the covered patio with ceiling fan to relax and discuss the next day’s activities.
Additional features of Beachside Sunrise include: keyless entry, traditional style carafe coffee maker, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double-wide driveway which accommodates 4 standard sized cars or a small boat without the hassle of paying to park or finding a parking space in a crowded parking deck. Please note that the garage is storage space and is not accessible to guests.
At Beachside Sunrise, you'll park just a few feet from the front door. You have access to a full size washer and dryer and free WIFI internet service. Beach Access is simple, Access number 1, 2 or 3 plus a ramp to the right of Treasure Island condos enables you to walk straight out onto the sugar white sands of PCB.
Restaurants, shopping and stores are all nearby. For drinks and live music you might enjoy a short walk to Ms. Newbys at the curve or Schooners which is referred to as the “Last Local Beach Bar” on PCB. (Home of multiple festivals throughout the year including a wonderful Lobster and Sand Sculpture festival every autumn). You may also walk to the Shore Shack or Alvin’s Island for shopping, Patches Pub to dine outside or in. If you go to Patches, try one of their delicious hamburgers. They are truly delicious! Grocery, Pharmacy, Package and Fresh Seafood shops are less than two minutes away from Beachside Sunrise.
Grand Lagoon is less than two minutes away with boat rentals, diving excursions, grocery and souvenir shops. The Grand Marlin and Captain Anderson’s Seafood restaurant has a Farmers Market several times a year on Saturday mornings. Less than three minutes away from Beachside Sunrise is the award winning St. Andrews State Park. There you can hike, rent a bike for a tour, bird watch, fish off one of two piers, launch your own boat, picnic and take a boat to Shell Island, and more.
