Welcome to 398 Clareon. A beautifully and newly renovated home located on quiet Clareon Drive. This tastefully designed and decorated home is just a short walk to the beach access and the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. 398 Clareon is in the residential community of Seacrest with miles of jogging and bike trails along Highway 30-A. This area is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants, shopping and the recreational activities of Alys, Rosemary and Seaside beaches.

398 Clareon is perfect for two families, equipped with two master bedroom suites downstairs, and an extravagant bunk room for kids and adults alike upstairs containing plush mattresses (three full-size and four twin-size). The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a lot of space for entertainment. Out back, you can enjoy lounging, swimming in the private pool or grilling.

Wonderful Stay!
We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay at 398 Clareon. I don't even know where to begin with this review as everything was perfect. The house is very clean and well set up. The kitchen was fully stocked and the refrigerator even had a water/ice machine. The showers had multiple sprayers!! I never wanted to get out! The pool was heated which was so nice because it was tad bit chilly outside. It felt amazing. The house just felt clean and well taken care of!! The staff was so attentive to anything we needed! One thing I would recommend is putting curtains in the upstairs double door windows and it can get pretty bright there in the morning and you don't have much privacy in the evening. Book this house now, you need not look elsewhere!!!
