“Per disguido sulla prenotazione la vasca idromassaggio era fredda e abbiamo aspettato circa 7 ore affinché si riscaldasse. Nel complesso esperienza rilassante.”

“Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. Après réclamation, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus correcte, même si la douche était cassée. Pour un hôtel qui se revendique quatre étoiles, ce genre de désagrément est inadmissible. En revanche, plusieurs points positifs : le petit-déjeuner……

“Very pleasant stay, room looked fairly recently renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was better than most Italian hotels I've stayed in of similar rating amd reception staff very friendly. Hotel is a little isolated so you really have to have a car to stay there, but very happy with my stay and would happily stay again. ”

“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”
