“I’m extremely disappointed with my reservation experience. The entire communication was stressful and disappointing.”

“I booked the Floating Home in Reef Resort because I wanted to try something completely different, and that's exactly what I got. Being out on the water makes it unlike a normal hotel stay. The biggest issue is communication about arrival. It wasn't made clear beforehand that you have to take a barge to reach the resort, with an additional ₱1,000 charge. Luckily, I had a local Philippine phone, which made coordinating everything much easier. If you're a foreign traveler without a local number, I……

“Love this place, close to town and the beach”

“The resort was beautiful with nice grounds, beautiful pools, and lovely beach. There were no crowds when I was there. The condo was clean and comfortable.”

“First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. “Love everythimg about it. Beyond expectation.”

“Unit was clean and ready had to go thru a lot to use the pool, there is no parking near the unit. Water lines on shower leak real bad. Had to keep contact to owner to get Netflix to work. ”

“When arriving on site, the guards would not let us through even though we had proof of purchase. When entering the location, it was nothing like what was pictured on the website and very run down. The bathroom had mold everywhere and the ceiling was in bad condition. There was no toiletries provided as shown on Expedia. The key broke off into the door knob (which I purchased a replacement key with my own money) and luckily I was able to remove it from the door and that there was an extra key in……

“Everything was as expected. Will recommend and stay again.”
