Don’t book here the rooms don’t look like the pictures there was black mould on the ceiling and all over the bathroom there was infest of ants unplugged sockets hanging out of their holes the flooring was lifted and come away. There was mould grown on the walls as well.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che c’erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso e quindi non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto disdire senza nessuna penale: ma alle 16.00 del giorno di arrivo voleva dire perdere intera giornata. Siamo quindi rimasti, ci hanno dato un ventilatore e per scusarsi ci hanno offerto le colazioni (3) per tutti e 5 i giorni. Sono stati quindi gentili. Penso però che sarebbe stato più corretto avvisarci prima della partenza dall’Italia: in quel caso avremmo sì potuto cercare un altro allloggio. Per il resto la camera era comoda: aveva 2 bagni, uno con wc e lavamani, l’altro con doccia e doppio lavandino. Un po’ buia forse. Aggiungerei una presa dal comodino. La posizione un po’ distante dal centro ma vicinissima alla metropolitana.

You said it would have AC. It did not. The AC machine was fixed at 30 degrees although I was told it was broken. There was a hooker on the floor below and a very noisy couple in the room next door. No lift.

The hotel was under renovation so there was no air conditioning working but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel.

Property and rate were perfect for a 4 day trip to Paris. The Pernety Metro station was a block away and the food / drink in the area was excellent. Would stay again, only downside was the construction while we were here was loud

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend bij het metro station penerty. Leuke café‘s dichtbij, bakker, fruitwinkel etc. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De kamers die wij hebben gekregen waren niet fijn. De badkamer in één van de twee geboekte kamers was zo klein dat je je amper kon omdraaien in je eentje. Om te douchen hebben wij dan de iets ruimere badkamer in de tweede geboekte kamer gebruikt. De kamers die wij hadden waren erg klein en warm. Ontbijt was heerlijk en divers.

Great hotel. Room was small but perfectly ok for a city break. Couldnt get the safe to work, but could be user error. Aircon didnt work but had a fan in the room. Staff were super friendly and everything was clean

Extremely small room, bathroom drains all clogged, both sink and shower drains, almost flooded the entire room after a shower. The receptionist only gave us an extra towel for us to dry the floor ourselves. No power outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer or to use any electric device. Very noisy, we could hear steps from outside and above our room. The hotel seems quite old and the floors are squishy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area offered many shops and restaurants. `Metro access was easy. Parking was easy and much appreciated. Only comment was that our bed was 2 twins that were pushed together. and kept coming apart.

Hotel is very convenient for metro access. Staff at the front desk were pleasant. The room was very small, had damage all over the walls, marks on the curtains, a loose tap in the bathroom, no headboard on the bed, and other damage in key areas. This combined with the ability to hear the showers in other rooms very loudly and the bed sheets simply being flipped instead of changed made for an unpleasant stay. Hotel did not meet the expectations made clear in their photos. Would not recommend.

We liked that the metro station was around the corner and that the reception is open 24/7. The hotel was not that good as we thought. The water was liking, the pippes were in bad shape, room was quite clean, but pretty worn out. We missed the fruit at breakfast.

I liked that it was clean and close to many restaurants. It was not far from the metro. The only problem was that the people next door were noisy. Also the room facing the street was a little noisy. Having an elevator was also great!
