The front desk staff were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. The cleaning staff was great, bathroom and beddings were clean. Modern clean bathroom with good shower. Great location for walking to metro, restaurants and Eiffel Tower. Would recommend to others and I would certainly return.

I had the double superior room Gustave with Eiffel Tower view. Room was small but everything was functional with an excellent hot shower. Staff was nice & responsive, got my robes & slippers as requested. However, this is not a property I’d recommend or return myself. Both bath towels provided on day 1 when we first checked in had multiple long hair folded inside. It just made me question whether the room was even cleaned in the first place. This is just not the kind of mistake that any hotels can afford to make.

The staff was excellent, rooms were clean, short walk to Eiffel tower. We walked there four times during the day and at night. Restaurants and supermarkets were near by. Train station was near by. I would definitely stay here again.
