The flat is located a stone's throw from the Luxembourg Gardens, with a view of the Pantheon and the Val-de-Grace Church. On the 5th floor (with lift), it is a large 4-room flat, with a large lounge/dining room, a lovely kitchen/diner, 2 large bedrooms (plus eventually ) one small bedroom, 1 large bathroom with WC and a lovely shower room with 1 WC.

It is located 2 steps from the Jean Sarrailh University Sports Centre, an emblematic venue for Olympic and Paralympic sport and a preparation centre for the 2024 Olympic Games: "The Crous de Paris, which has been awarded the Terre de Jeux 2024 label, is joining in the adventure of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games! https://www.crous-paris.fr/le-crous/centre-de-preparation-aux-jeux/
