"The house was beautiful with a great view of the Columbia River. It was however very dirty. There were clothes in the washing machine, the microwave had a very dirty dish where someone had blown up something, one of the dishwashers was full of dirty dishes and broken. There were mouse droppings in the bedside tables. We were only given 4 bath towels, no hand towels or wash clothes. In order to close the blinds in the master bedroom we had to call the owner, because renters were not allowed...

"Great place to stay in the Tri-Cities area. Easy access, well-appointed and gorgeous view room with balcony, and a fantastic restaurant with others nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful too! Will be staying again soon!"

"Great views of the marina and the river. Property is clean and well maintained. In house dining was limited, however great dining choices were nearby. Fitness room was almost completely equipped with cardio machines and very limited otherwise. Indoor pool is small. Staff was very helpful and courteous."
