“Check in was easy and communication was very responsive. Kitchen is described as "a culinary haven, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space" which is a stretch but overall we felt like the property is as described. ”

“Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!”

“The location was great to easily get together one of our kiddos at UW-Superior, and the other at UM-Duluth. The apartment and street were quiet and peaceful. Great value for our stay!”

“The condo was comfortable with plenty of space. Bedrooms far enough away from the living area so that incidental noise doesn't impact sleep.Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, and body wash/shampoo for our 4 day stay.One mattress was very firm, the other a little squishy. Great value for the money IMO, and I would stay there again next time visiting Duluth.”

“Our family stayed at this location for our family Christmas. The property worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked board game area. Comfortable and large living room. Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is a “trundle” type bed in a converted office…good for kids, not so much for a couple. The host responded to our few questions quickly and even sent someone to resolve a small issue with sidewalk salt. Will likely stay here again as our son will be living in Duluth for a while yet. ”

“The unit is the downstairs of an older house and you can tell in some of the details: creaky floors, uneven walls, etc. Overall, however, the unit is nicely decorated and furnished; it looks nice, is clean, and is a pleasant place to stay overall. The company hosting the unit did a great job quickly responding when we asked for Kleenex dish towels, and another pot - those things were delivered the same day. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again was the beds. Both……

“This is our second time in this stunning home. Everything about it is perfect: very clean, pets allowed, very comfortable memory foam mattress, amazing views from every bedroom, easy stairway to the lake… we are so grateful to have found this beautiful retreat!!! Thank you!!!”
