The raised two-story layout offers a wrap-around porch on the first floor and screened porch on the top floor providing great outdoor living with ocean views over low sand dunes. Both porches are comfortably appointed with ceiling fans, rocking chairs, and a quintessential rope hammock. 

Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. The open concept kitchen boasts a breakfast bar built for eight. Each floor has a sitting area with TV. The  first floor sitting area additionally boasts a wet bar with mini fridge.

Outdoor amenities include a private fenced-in pool, covered lounge area, gas grill, enclosed shower, and covered parking. A private boardwalk provides direct beach access. Creek access is nearby - only steps away from the end of the driveway.

BEACH GEAR: Receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals by VayKLife! Make your vacation FUN and EASY by having your favorite beach equipment delivered to your rental home. Reservation must be 7 to 21 nights between Apr 1 and Oct 31.

POOL: The 30’ x 15’ in-ground pool with cobblestone patio surround offers 3’ shallow end, 5’ deep end and 8’ x 10’ tanning ledge. Heating is available for an additional fee and only when the outdoor temperature maintains 67 degrees or higher. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.

MAIN (top) FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 full baths with walk-in showers, kitchen with breakfast bar for 8, dining area with table for 8, living room with TV, furnished screened porch with 4-top table set and ocean view.

GROUND FLOOR: Enclosed outdoor shower, covered sitting area facing the pool, and covered parking.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. For monthly stays, additional rent is $300 for one dog, $600 for two. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed. See Pet Policy on RENTAL INFO page.
