“I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. "櫃檯人員很友好，房間也很乾淨，位在日內瓦湖湖畔，沿著湖走很快就到聖誕市集的尾端，唯一缺點，浴室排水不良，洗澡洗一洗腳就泡在水裡，床都凹陷了，睡起來真的不舒服，明明預訂3人房，但還是入住後和櫃檯反應才幫忙加床，而咖啡、杯組，還是都只提供2份，隔日才又寫紙條請房務幫忙補足"
