“Good customer service”

“Absolutely awful! Looking for a full refund! I didnt stay one minute there. Very first problem, they could not accommodate the paid in advance reservation! I had 3 adults and reserved a room w two beds. When we tried to check in at 5 (check in starts at 4).. they had already given our Reserved room to someone else. No King rooms at all, only thing left one queen bed! THEN, on top of all that, they wanted More Money!...that was not on the hotels page. I checked about the deposit and fees, none.……

“Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils. Plenty of towels and bed linen available. Located close to grocery store and restaurants.”

“Great place to stay, apartment was modern, clean and well appointed. Really liked having a garage to park in! Nice not to have to get into a hot car. The onsite breakfast restaurant was delicious. Fitness room had a good array of machines and equipment. Would definitely pick this spot again if we’re ever back in town.”

“Great location, adorable, updated place. The nightly rate and cleaning fee were high. Host communicated promptly.”
