“Een woning meer geschikt voor verblijf in het voorjaar en de zomer (zwembad) dan in de winter. Verder een prima, maar kleine woning, voor 2 personen voldoende. De plek mist een privé plek waar je in de zon kan zitten in de winter.”

“Fue una experiencia muy buena !! Al estar en plena montaña tienes unas vistas espectaculares. El bajo de la casa muy fresquito la zona de arriba un poquito más calurosa. Tiene de todo puedes lavar tu ropa y secarla en un tendedero. Lo único que no nos gustó fue la habitación de abajo y que las escaleras para subir arriba son de peldaño muy alto!! Esta el pueblo de Guadalest muy cerca, un sitio precioso con su lago turquesa!! Por lo general la experiencia fue muy positiva y m dio mucha……

“Appartement bien placé agréable. Juste deux problèmes ,une des vitre de la fenêtre pas cassé mais vitre trop petite du coup la chaleur rentrait, alors qu’il faisait chaud et pas de place de parking alors que c’était écris sur l’annonce”

“Een prima verblijf, maar wel een paar aandachtspunten: Helaas 2 dagen zonder internet/tv en anderhalve dag geen warm water voor een deel van het huis. De stapelbedden in de kinderkamer zijn zeer onbetrouwbaar. Vallen uit elkaar. Gevaar voor lichamelijke schade!! Viltjes onder stoelpoten eetkamer voorkomt veel naar geluid voor onderliggende slaapetage. Kleine lek in WC bij kamer boven keuken. De beheerder zou na 3-4 dagen even moeten langskomen om naar de eerste ervaringen te vragen.”

“Malgré un accueil agréable à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour, nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans des conditions d'hygiène déplorables (ménage non réalisé, bouts de saucisses dans la piscine, moisissures dans les bols, coulées de graisse sur le carrelage, gaziniere avec graisses incrustées, cheveux et poils en dessous les lits et derriere les portes, ventilateur qui dysfonctionne, tuyau de douche que nous avons du changer par nous mêmes dès le troisième jour, ustensiles et vaisselle vieux et……

“Nos dieron el apartamento sucio, pero sucio sucio… tuvimos que esperar a la ama de llaves como 2 horas a que llegara, es un edificio con mucha afluencia de gente y cuando querías coger el ascensor tenías que esperar una media de 20 min. El apartamento estaba en mal estado, el sofá cama estaba roto, la manivela del baño también estaba rota y varias cosas más. No volvería a ir ni regalándomelo”

“Sehr schöner Ort , perfekte, ruhig , Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Der Strand ist über die Treppen gut zu erreichen, sehr schöner Sand und Wasser. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für 6 Personen perfekt geeignet. Bei Fragen konnten wir jederzeit schnell eine Info vom Vermieter bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Die Lage ist sehr schön. Soweit war es ok.Leider war die Ausstattung vom Haus nicht so prickelnd. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist alt und verkalkt bzw.rostig.Die Gläser sind unansehnlich und lassen sich nicht mehr reinigen. Die Abläufe von Dusche ,Wanne und Waschbecken stinken da keine Geruchsverschlüsse vorhanden sind. Ebenso stinken die Auflagen von den Sonnenliegen ,weil sie noch nie gereinigt worden sind in den letzten Jahren. Baulärm war die ganze Woche über vorhanden ,weil überall neue Häuser……

“The villa is in a quiet location which taxis found difficult to find initially. However, this was soon overcome and we had no issues after taking directions with us each time due to language barrier. We were approximately 12 minutes from Benidorm via taxis. The villa itself is beautiful and very spacious. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely revisit again. The host Heidi was very helpful and very accommodating to us, even when we locked ourselves out of the villa. There was a charge……

“Excellent location, all staff very helpful and friendly. SO clean everwhere. We had Deluxe Studio room 104 overlooking the street, very spacious and bed so comfortable. Grest for people watchingbit definitely need the sound proofing sadly guests in other rooms slam their doors. ”
